June 11th: What is an Online Collaboration

To conclude this module, I have found an article on Lifewire.com. Lifewire is a cool website that has numerous articles all related to technology. The article that I found is called "What is an Online Collaboration" and has all the FAQ's about online collaboration answered. I thought this was an appropriate article to reflect on for this week since we are wrapping up the first module of the course, where we started to investigate what online collaboration truly means. What I found most interesting about this article was the question, "Is online collaboration for everyone, or is it only effective in larger organizations?" If someone were to ask me this question prior to reading this article, I can honestly say I would have know idea what the answer was. Lifewire highlights on the fact that virtual collaboration can be effective for an organization of any size. The key factor to this is that it is effective as long as there is a mutual amount of interest in the online collaboration.
