Final Post
In conclusion of this course, I can safely say that I
learned a great deal about online collaboration. Before taking this course if
someone were to ask me if I knew about collaboration I would confidently say
yes. But looking back now, I would have been wrong. I knew in general about
collaboration from past experiences etc., but this class taught me the true
depth of collaboration, specifically online collaboration, and why it is key to
success. I was very interested in all the readings we were assigned, and I
truly learned a lot about why businesses need collaboration to be successful,
how to perform online collaboration successfully, and about future technology. I
learned a lot about online collaboration through the group project we
completed. My favorite topic in this course was learning about the different
robots, and how people have been working towards having robots replace humans
for dangerous jobs. Overall I learned a lot and would definitely recommend this
course to a friend.
I agree with what you said. I thought that I knew a lot about collaboration, but I actually didn't. I thought that this course was very important, especially for the work place. I think that as technology grows, collaboration will become more challenging and the more that people learn how to collaborate more effectively, the better society will be. I think collaboration is something that people think that they know how to do and do not take it very seriously. However, I think if more people learn about collaboration and how to do it with different technology, that organizations will become more efficient and stronger.
ReplyDeleteYeah at first I thought I already knew everything this class was talking about when it came to collaboration, but I feel like it was just scratching the surface. there's so many different sites and applications you can use to interact with other people, that honestly, at times it gets overwhelming.
